What is the MOQ for your wholesale order?
Our MOQ is flexible and can be negotiated. It depends on the product.
What colors are available for selection？
You can choose any color in Pantone codes.
Can I put other beverages in there besides water?
Holds cold, carbonated, and hot drinks. NOTE: Always use caution when using with hot drinks.
Are the bottles dishwasher safe?
The lids are top-rack dishwasher safe, and the straws can go in the silverware bin. The cups are also technically dishwasher safe as well, but we strongly recommend you hand-wash them to maintain that beautiful finish.
Are the bottles microwave safe?
The stainless-steel bottles should never be microwaved.
Have the bottles been tested?
We wouldn’t dream of selling you untested products. All of the bottles can pass the test.
Can I get samples and how long is the sample lead time?
Sure. We provide existing samples for free, but customized samples require a sample fee, which may be refunded depending on the bulk order situation.It usually takes 5-10 days for sample production.
What's your payment term and shipping?
For Payment: 30%deposit after order signed and the balance payment before shipment.
For Shipping: EXPRESS, SEA OR AIR are all available. We will suggest high cost performance delivery method for your refer.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30-35 days for MOQ.
What are LOT office hours?
We are available in the office from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We will be available to receive your call and help you in everything you need. You can write to [email protected]. We will reply within 24 hours.
How can we get sample to test quality before placing larger order?
We are pleased to inform you that our Sample Department offers free bottle samples for quality testing. Typically, we ship the samples via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Kindly provide us with your company name, delivery address, contact phone number, and your freight collect account information to ensure safe and prompt delivery of the sample.
If there are any defective bottles, how do you handle the situation?
We have a dedicated after-sales team to handle such issues, so rest assured, your concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally.
Whether the material is food safe?
Yes.the material is no harm to us, non-toxic, lead-free, chrome-free, achieved European standards and standard.
If I share my sketches or designs with you, would you be open to signing an NDA to ensure the protection of my intellectual property?
Absolutely, we specialize in OEM/ODM projects and take the protection of our clients' designs very seriously. We are happy to sign an NDA, if required, to guarantee that your artwork will not be shared with other clients and that your OEM products will not be sold to anyone else.
